. the navy is getting ready for standing by heading out to sea. 26 ships have been ordered to sail from virginia and out of the path of the storm. the ships started bleeding yesterday afternoon. the sailors have been putting out sandbags and checking equipment at navy facilities. now to a developing story of maryland. police are investigating a deadly double shooting near the high school. a man and woman were shot walking on the trail last night. it looks to be random. richard has more. >> this shows the chaotic scene behind westlake high school. police say shortly before 7:00 on friday night, a man and woman were walking their dog on the past when a gunman approached. without a word spoken, he opened fire. the man was seriously wounded. the woman was pronounced dead at the hospital. neighbors heard multiple gunshots. >> it is unnerving. we pay so much money in rent. it is supposed to be a safe area. >> you hear something like that happening. it is an indication of the times. we need more security. >> we do not know the motive. we had a good team of investigators. we have forensics coll
